WHAT IS A SOUND BATH?

It’s NOT that kind of bath…you can keep your clothes on. 

A sound bath is a form of meditation that facilitates deep rest and relaxation. You don’t need to have any previous knowledge of meditation, yoga, or wellness to feel the benefits of this experience. Essentially, all you need is the ability to lie down, close your eyes, and listen to the frequencies and vibrations of the meditation instruments. You do not need to “believe” in any particular schools of thought or meditate regularly for this session to help you. It is completely normal to laugh, cry, or even fall asleep. Whatever you need will find you.

This practice draws on a vast history of healing through sound across the ages. It is important that your practitioner understands how to safely use their instruments and guide you into a secure state of rest.
